This has been a complete Nightmare and can guarantee that Academy will never get my service again.Once you order something online Academy will have no clue where your item is at.

Of course, they tell you they have a support team and they will call you with updated information. Do you think that happened? If you're guessing no then you are right because that would require the company actually cares about customer service. So, after the third phone call and waiting 45 minutes each time I finally decided to ask for a refund.

Not surprised that they wouldn't try to retain their customer and to ensure the product will be delivered, they happily canceled the order which I think them for But...... the refund takes 3 business but they are backed up so of course, it will take longer.

Academy is an absolute joke and needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom.I know I am only one person but I will ensure everyone I know and through social media to never buy from Academy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
