What is Order delivery date
Ordered on Friday 3-22-24 with overnight delivery. When I checked order # 42954****, no delivery date was listed, communicate this to chat and they would return an answer.
So called customer service, they said ordered from Penn and could not give delivery date.
Waiting for customer service to contact Penn for delivery date. I as told when ordered it would be overnight, it has been three day and its not here.
I was charged a different price for the gun that was online
Customer service in Athens is awful. They act like my card wouldnt work its an American Express Ive had it over 12 years and the cashier keep putting it in as a debit card which made the PIN code pop up.
I told her credit.
So they made me have to go to the bank atm and get the money off come back wait longer for the one cashier that work at the gun counter. The worst ever but I need protection around my house

I paid off my entire balance to my credit card,didn't use it anymore and suddenly they started charging me interest on a Balance that wasn't even there anymore,causing me to be 3 months late

The automated system does not work. It will not recognize a simple.
I need a copy of my receipt on an in-store purchase. It keeps going around and around and around and when I try to call the customer service line to talk to a human being it sends me to, an outside Web company about being an angry customer
Preferred solution: I’d like to be able to talk to human being without First having to go through 15 rounds and a boxing match with some automated computer that doesn’t understand or recognize that I just need a copy of my receipt

HIDE OUT OF STOCK Toggle NEVER WORKS (app+website)
Searching couple specific brands so decided to toggle hide out of stock items in order to make the list more manageable (& theyre OUT OF STOCK anyway!). Even after sorting various ways, out of stock items are STILL being shown.
INCLUDES OUT OF STOCK ONLINE, SET +NEARBY STORES, ALL OF THE SIZES + ALL OF THE COLORS.
Also tried on the website, same thing. Even more inconvenient than the list of thousands of items that came upthat also include items by OTHER brands than your selection BUT apparently Academy thinks you wont notice (?)is that you decide you want to purchase so click that item only to discover its out of stock when the item comes up. INCLUDES OUT OF STOCK ONLINE, IN STORE, ALL OF THE SIZES (even the seldom ordered XXXS or XXXXL are out of stock & some items only have 1 size listed AT ALL-thats out of stock) and yep, ALL OF THE COLORS. No all of the items didnt JUST miraculously sell out when I began the search, as that would be HUNDREDS of items over 10 + searches within the Academy app AND main website, over a course of several weeks.
So no. **The conclusiontoo little time for this nonsense when alternate stores do not have this same issue.**

My name is Trinity Deleon, I am a cash lead at store #044. I just left in the middle of my shift today because of an inappropriate and aggressive discussion with Gustavo Cantu.
He pulled me into the front office with the footwear team lead named T to yell at me about ACCs. In an aggressive tone, he asked me Are you not feeling good today and I told him No im not, today is not my day Im sorry and then he says Well you should of figured that out before your shift and I told him it started 30 mins into my shift. He then proceeds to degrade me about ACCs, saying it is all my fault cashiers are not getting ACCs. When I proceed to explain to him why, he kept interrupting me and telling me there are no excuses.
I told him to not yell at me he says hes not yelling but continues to be aggressive and rude to me. Saying its not fair Im putting the pressure of ACCs on him and my team leader T. I was embarrassed and obviously upset with the conversation. He does this with customers and other employees.
I have had cashiers coming up to me crying about the way he speaks to them. I grabbed my purse and left because I will not be talked down like that. It is abuse in a work place.
He needs to be held accountable for the way he treats his employees. He shouldnt get away with stuff just because hes the store director.

the manager in fishing and hunting dept at the collage station texas store screamed at me today and threatened to ban me from all Academy stores.

You didnt get my order taken for some reason, even though I was able to print it out. Maybe your website and just a little complicated, who knows. I tried to re-order and you guys would not give me the same price that you promised which is on the original order print out.

a manager screamed at me after he said he was almost finished with a computer lookup. i told him dont worry about it we had already missed my wifes doctors appointment.
told me he was going to ban me from ever being able to shop at academy agin. is this what Academy has come to.
hiring people with no people skills.. Academy will probably never look into the incident.

I had understood that I had success slowly ordered a product from Academy. When I called to check on my order, they were clueless. I wanted to order the same product again, and they wanted 200 more dollars than they did the first time.

I bought these shoes to take to Greece because of all the walking were going to be doing. There supposed to be ready for pick up on the 29th of August at the store and no one can tell where my shoes are.
I leave the 2nd of September and have know idea if they will be available! It would be nice to know in case I need to go buy another pair.
